We do not accept claims after the departure of guests about forgotten things and money. We only have a few hours to prepare the apartments for the next guests. Therefore, all left things and objects are thrown away. Please be understanding and carefully check and make sure that you have not left anything in the apartment.
Please indicate your desired departure time. If you wish to check out at standard time, we will check you out at that time. If the desired check-out time is later than the standard one, we will contact you to clarify this possibility. Please note that during check-out and several people are involved in cleaning the apartments at once. Therefore, we ask you not to change the indicated departure time at the last moment.
